- Return request must be made within 60 days of the invoice date
- The merchandise is not consumer damaged or abused
- The merchandise must be in its original packaging and condition, including all components and accessories to be eligible for return.
- Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
- Eligible merchandise must be submitted using our Online RMA Form to receive a return merchandise authorization number by email.
- Delivery and handling fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment after inspecting your returned merchandise, and determining their condition meets the above criteria.
